However, oil leak inside the engine bay is not that common when turbos go bad. Unless the oil feed line blew and sprayed everywhere, but that is not likely. Is your dipstick in good order and secured in place? A lot of time when PCVs get clogged it builds pressure in the crankcase, and then blows the dipstick from its sealed position and sprays oil out of the dipstick tube. This might explain the oil, but it wouldn't explain why the car is running poorly.
